We are happy to accept returns for a full refund if your order arrived damaged, non operational, or we sent the wrong item to you.
Please do not 'return to sender', as the warehouse from which your item was shipped may not be the same warehouse to which it should be returned. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
If we sent the correct item, and your order arrived in good condition, and as described, unfortunately it cannot be returned.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Send a photo of the damaged / incorrect item to help@CommonPanda.net and include a description of the problem.
You can also message us via our chat box in the bottom corner of our home page.
2. Please include your order number.
3. If your order qualifies for a refund we will let you know which address to return it to.
4. Return shipping must be paid by you.
